Grupo Fertiberia acquired CUF – Adubos de Portugal S.A. in 2009. Following this acquisition, the company changed its name to ADP Fertilizantes, S.A.

Grupo Fertiberia is made up of 15 factories: ten in Spain, three in Portugal and two in Algeria. It has a production capacity of around 7.5 million tons.

By exporting its products, ADP Fertilizantes markets traditional and special fertilisers for a variety of countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East, and Australia.
